Jarrod is a keyboardist, journalist, manager and all round organiser that works on the Sunny Coast.
With 17 years of piano experience, he has led his band Ampersand to receive grants, festival slots and record their own music and randomly plays with other bands.
He is a committee member for the Sunshine Coast Music Industry Collective (SCMIC) building the region’s inaugural music awards and programs buskers for the Hastings Street Association.
His passion is organising and assisting with delivering events.
All this is the side job as Jarrod works full time as a reporter for the Sunshine Coast Daily.
Rob Ewan
Bass teacher

Rob is an experienced performer and a passionate educator.
New to the Sunshine Coast, he has spent the last two decades performing and teaching in Sydney with some of Australia’s finest musicians.
Rob is a versatile bass player who loves to work in different musical settings, in recent years he has been active in the blues/rock scene, touring nationally with artists like Josh Smith and Eric Steckles from the USA.
